worst pawn shop ! he will lawyaway ur things , behind your back he will sell your things and still take your payments !!!!!!

It dont even deserve one star, bunch of theifing trash. They sold my gun from under me i paid all my payments early and went to pick it up a week before my time ran out and they sold it. I lost over 500 dollars on that gun. They need to be taken to court and reprimanded justly for being despicable crooks lairs and theifs.

Nothing but criminals at big als I've literally had an employee pocket my money that I that already payed cash for then come back less than 5 days later to pick up allot of expensive items to find out the owner or Wayne already sold most of my expensive stuff within 3 days and then notice the rest of my stuff for sale on the floor and shelves.so I presented ask of my receipts showing I Ajay paid for the items 3 days before and if course he wouldn't honor them because he says the guy that was stealing the money he had just fired within those 3 days he wouldn't let me get my very expensive items and wouldn't even give me the cash for the items he had already sold. I look at it as it was his employee that was Pocketing the payment money not me the customer and to top am of that he had also taken in pained items that want even mine so they were pawned in my name without my knowledge which is illegal just the stuff Wayne sold in my name were worth atleast $2500 that's major stuff I did document everything as well as I have ever single receipt from day one to the very last one Im going to pursue a lawsuit against Big Als gun&pawn purple need to know what crook Wayne is the other employees were nice and were in my side of the dispute. And I don't appreciate being cursed at by Wayne he is just sorry I don't recommend anyone use them Big Als is a sorry excuse for a business. I hope people see this and think twice about dealing with them.I recommend Korner Pawn you will be treated right with good southern hospitality they will literally go to Korner pawn to get taken care of you will recieve genuine care.
