Great service. Car broke down on I81 Rollback driver was great. Once into shop they even took us to airport for rental after-hours.

We broke down on exit 30 off of interstate 81, we called casper's to tow us the rest of the way home, which is Shelbyville, TN. I let them know that it was 2 people along with our vehicle and trailer. Upon arrival the gentleman that was to bring us home had his girlfriend with him (very unprofessional) and as we finish getting everything loaded up he informed us that it would be "a little tight". My husband and I proceed to get in the cab of the roll back tow truck only to discover that he and I both could not fit in it along with him and his girlfriend. We had to ride in our truck which was on the roll back it was a very nerve racking 265 miles to say the least. I hope that this helps someone and that no one else has to go through this.
