We took our border collie to Dr. Cook after being seen by 3 other vets because of weight loos and swollen stomach. We were told upfront that she felt like it was her liver, and she didn't feel good about it but wanted to keep her overnight for fluids and labs. They charged us $140 for the visit, the overnight stay, labs, and fluids. She referred us on to UT for a scan, and she was correct... it was her liver. Since then we have continued to take our new puppy to Dr. Cook. Their prices are much less then other vets in the area, and the care is great!

Up front with diagnosis. Kind courteous employees. Knowledgeable. Easy handling of pets. Competitive prices for vacations and prices and procedures.

This is the worst animal hospital I have had the displeasure of being at. I went there with my two cats because spaying for both of them was supposed to be $95 and ended up being $140. I had called and asked them twice what the price was going to be and they said $95 both times. False advertisement apparently. On top of that, I had covered their crates with two of their favorite blankets. And now they are no where to be found. I have to make the drive to Greenville again tomorrow. Which they will get their eyeballs cussed out tomorrow. Very disappointing. Will never go there again.

If you love your pet, DO NOT go to this Vet clinic. If your pet gets sick or hurt, DO NOT go to this Vet. A sick and dying beloved family pet in critical condition was left all alone ALL NIGHT. No single member of the family was allowed to sit with their pet, the Vet was not at the clinic, the tech was not at the clinic and the pet dies ALL ALONE. The Vet didn't know what was wrong and by all that is compassionate, should have let the owner at the very least sit with the pet or take the pet home to die with family around. It has been 24 hrs and Vet has not even called the owner with words of comfort. He is cold and callous and so is his staff.
