I loved and managed a DD in New England for over 2 years. When greenevill finally opened, to say pleased would be a down play. Yet, it has become a almost daily issue with getting my coffee as it is ordered, Leaving out sugar, serving, at times the burnt coffee that should be on a dump schedule. I can say in all honesty that the only DD I have ever found to have this many service quality issues was located in down town N.Y. city. I crave a GOOD Cup of coffee in the mornings, it's a 50/50 chance on revive this in the greeneville location.

Impossible to get hate this store

Very slow. Always out of things.. just waited 20 mins for an iced coffee and 12 donut holes.
