I hate to have to spread this kind of review, but I have worked in Auto body shops, dealerships, Insurance companies, and appraisal firms, and I’ve dealt with shops like “Gary’s Paint and Body Shop” before, but I have never seen the likes of their audacity until I met the proprietor of Gary’s!
Auto repair, minor cosmetic damage to a high-end vehicle.
The shop did attempt to repair/correct issues, (Four times), to no/little avail.
Issues included poor quality paint, prep, body work, re-assembly, estimating capabilities (many missed items, that needed to be added).
The shop passed everything off to the involved Insurer, took no responsibility for their own work, did not get into any degree of urgency (approximately Two week repair in shop for almost Two months), and refused to allow for any “customer satisfaction allowance “.
The job still has prep concerns showing through paint, and trash in paint visible to the naked eye.
Highly recommend staying away from this shop.
