My husband and i both received excellent care when we recently both suffered a broken ankle and a broken foot. Dr. castle is the best.

I had knee surgery about a year ago here.Dr. Freeman is a very professional and skilled surgeon,we are lucky to have him in our town.

After choosing a Doctor through a my workmans comp claim administrator. I thought for sure I was making the right decision because I chose a doctor close to my home and one that was a part of wellmont. Dont get me wrong, I have no problem with Wellmont.. But the Doctor I chose was very unproffessional and his nursing staff wasnt much help either. After I made my choice of doctors through workmans comp, I starting talking to other people in greeneville about the doctor and got quite a bad review from most.. Most felt the same way I feel "now".. I should of listened to them and switched doctors early on and not waisted so much of my time with an incompident, unproffessional, uncaring, rude, so called doctor. I called these people over & over giving them my insurance information. They never did get it filed until after the timly filing was past at Blue Cross. Now they have turned me over to a collection agency. If you have insurence do not trust them to get your claim filed propely. They sure messed mine up. Now I am going to have to pay $160 for follow up visit for my baby's first doctor visit.
