My daughter and I both came to get glasses from here and both left very happy. They were patient with us as we tried on every pair of glasses they had and even took the time to look up different colors for us. They let us know ahead of time all of our options as far as what insurance would cover and would not cover. I would highly recommend them!

NEVER again. Dr. Norton seems to be a nice woman and a good doctor. Seems to care about her patients. But she needs to care a bit more about her office staff and how they run the front while she is with patients or not there. They do not leave a good impression at all.

Can't be fair to the doctor because by the time you see her the staff has already made you mad enough to spit nails. She seems fairly competent but her judgement in selecting her staff is highly questionable. In fact, she has the staff from hell.

Nancy seems to be competent in her profession. Her chairside manners are average and her communication with patients is acceptable.

Front desk help/assistants leave much to be desired. Parents are encouraged to wait in waiting room while child (13 yoa) goes back. Did not really push to see how bullheaded they were on this but could tell they wanted the child alone with no parental input.
