Provided by YP.comBeware! Staff, specifically the Office mgr, rude&unprofessional;
1 objective-getting all they can from your insurance company-&then from you-whether your needs are met or not. Ordered contacts THREE months ago...still waiting. Wait time is ridiculous, as are prices. once they get your money- you are entirely disregarded- the dr goes along w/whatever, certainly will not go out of her way to help. Not to mention they had a child predator, T Campbell, working directly w/customers, including children..made the front page of the Gville Sun. I'm sure they will have some of their "buddies" post great praise once they read...you can gather the facts & decide for yourself. Will not go back. I have no desire to be treated as an utter nuisance-rather than a PAYING customer. Including $ billed to my insurance I was charged roughly $2k &received 1 pr of glasses & 1 pr of lens for frames I purchased online separately out of pocket....
A Disgusted & Concerned Former Patient in Gville TN

My daughter and I both came to get glasses from here and both left very happy. They were patient with us as we tried on every pair of glasses they had and even took the time to look up different colors for us. They let us know ahead of time all of our options as far as what insurance would cover and would not cover. I would highly recommend them!
