Have been a frequent patron of Greeneville, TN Zaxby's ever since they came to town. Visited there this week... ordered the 5 wings/celery meal. The celery was warmer than the wings.. Called management...explained the problem, (nicely).. was asked if I had my receipt. Really, how often do you save your drive thru receipt! Told her that I didn't have it and her reply was, "sorry, I can't do anything without the receipt." Oh well... other businesses in Greeneville will now feed our ball teams!
