Provided by YP.comUnfortunately I stayed at this place and there was another guest somewhere smoking. The smoke infiltrated my room and all the hotel offered me was a bottle of Febreeze. They never offered to change my room and they couldn't guarantee no more smoke would come in my room. At one point they said they would refund me $20 (the female manger said this before she left for the night). This did not happen. Not only that, there was no follow through and no check in. I stayed up for a good hour airing out my room from the smoke that was coming in through my bathroom vent and that was that. As far as customer service and doing something you say you will do, this hotel is a big fat no. After calling Priceline, they continued to say their hands were tied. I paid for a non-smoking hotel and room....I got a smoking hotel and a smoked out room with a bottle of Febreeze. Something is wrong with that. I have asthma and anxiety. Both led to no sleep in what was suppose to be a lovely stay in a clean place. This was anything but. I will take my money elsewhere and avoid all IHG brand hotels in the future. I am also dropping my association with Priceline due to the poor follow up with them as well. They simply told me that the hotel staff said: "You are in a non-smoking room." No kidding...that's the whole issue! I absolutely do not recommend. There are better places at lower price points who actually care about their customers. Never again Holiday Inn Express in Greenfield, IN or any other place.
