There are better shops around that I will go to next time

We made an appointment for 9:00 am for a diagnostic check on my vehicle. This would typically be an hour process at most. When I called back at 1:00 pm, they hadn't even pulled my car into their shop. This was very inconvenient to me because I had to get a ride both times and they never checked it out. Chris explained he was sorry because another vehicle took longer than expected. Well Chris, thanks for the explanation, but that didn't get my car looked at. I won't be going back

Never Again

I would not go back to Neal automotive, nor would I refer anyone there. I was referred there after telling a family member of car problems. I spoke with the owner Chris on a Friday explained to him what was going on w/ my car he advise me he’d get it right in. I had my car towed there, called Saturday not able to get my car fixed. Everyday thereafter my boyfriend & I called a few times a day for the status of my car. We would get answers like it’s almost done, or were going to get to it after lunch, or first thing in the morning. We did receive one answer of it was the fuel pump, & it would be $420.00 which consisted of $82.00 for previous diagnostics ran, & the rest for the fuel pump. Found out that wasn’t it. I called Thursday, & the owner Chris advised me that if my boyfriend, & I would stop f#*king calling my car would be done. Needless to say I went to pick my car up. When I got there he did apologize, He advised me that he had been cranky, & irritable because he went off of his Percocet’s because they weren’t working. As well as advised me that he has to have back surgery in four days, as a result of working on cars for many years. I’ve worked in customer service for a number of years, & no matter how frustrated I’ve been I’ve NEVER spoke to a paying customer that way.

needed some major car repair and had no idea where to go...was referred to this shop by a friend who had been there.



I WAS AMAZED AT THE OWNER'S ABILITY TO NOT ONLY FIX ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR BUT TO DO IT IN SUCH A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS VERY SATISIFED WITH HIS PRICING AND THE WAY HE CONDUCTED
