Requires a whole lot of follow up for a service company. Emails not acknowledged, phone calls not returned. I don't feel like I can trust them to complete my order when I don't hear that they received things.

I have used the place 3 times. First time went very smoothly. 2nd time took over a month and half to get shirts. I was told they had new employees and I was told it would never happen again. The third and last time I will use them. I went on there to pick up my order. Once I got the order to my car I looked inside I got someone else order. When j went back into let them know I was told they think my order was in knightstown but couldn't confirm that was where it was and they would call when they find my order. Place is very unorganized and staff is very rude.
