Had one bad experience, but after that things have been great..also be sure to try and request Shawn cook your steak if you order streak, twice has he cooked for us and the steaks were the best I've ever tasted my entire life! I prefer well done no pink whatsoever or I'll send it back, but that usually means I get them burnt out black..Shawn cooks it well done and it melts in my mouth! Amazing ! My wife gets hers medium well and also agrees that it was the best steak she's ever tasted! The New manager I'm not sure if his name is also incredible! He comes out and introduces himself often and is there in a flash if you need anything at all! He even compensated for my previous bad experience when it was under bad manager with a free appetizer.I'd visit again for sure!

I've been eating at Applebee's with family and friends for a long time now. Great food and service.
