Provided by YP.comThe one star is for the front office staff, they were always very nice. My provider I was seeing left, and instead of placing me with a new provider, they simply closed my case and left me in limbo. After being a patient for almost a year and never being late or missing an appointment. Very unprofessional and unethical. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!
