Clinical and Support Options provides a full range of mental health, crisis stabilization, psychiatric and counseling services to adults, children, families, couples and seniors throughout Franklin, Hampshire and Hamden counties in Greenfield, Mass. It offers psychiatric services, including evaluation, assessment and medication monitoring, to all agency consumers in need of medication services. Its day rehabilitation programs are made through the Department of Mental Health, including discussion groups, activity groups, community orientation outings and recreational activities.Its Green River House is a community-based rehabilitation and support center serving adults suffering from mental illness. Its urgent care and emergency services program operates 24 hours, seven days a week to stabilize and assist individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis.
