Tonight my family visited Friendlys in Greenfield, MA. I was extremely disappointed not only with the service, the waiter and food and drink. I am not one to complain but this was horrible. We ordered coffee, what was brought to use was a blackish water and tasted like coffee pot cleaner. It was not coffee. We were brought 2 new cups and it was cold and tasted bad. Our meals were brought and we had to flag our waiter down again for water and silverware and napkins. Food was tossed on plates and not very warm. About 10 minutes after we started eating our waiter came to ask if we were ready for ice cream. We still had over half of our food in front of us. When it was time to leave we asked for our check and waited another 10 minutes for the slip. Note that there were plenty of staff working and it was not even at half capacity. Yes busy but not too bad. My other concern about this visit, a girl was dusting the pictures and walls in the area were everyone was sitting and eating. This is something that should be done when closed. I have grown up going to Friendlys and this has just turned me away from this business.
