I didn't hire these guys but my neighbor did. They decided to use my yard as their garbage can. They pulled out a bush that belongs to us and never asked. Lastly and most unprofessionaly they decided to use my driveway and garage wall as their personal bathroom. I don't want to see grown men peeling. I also don't need My two children seeing it either.

They completed my driveway this summer and I am in the very same position as Gary S. The blacktop of my driveway is about 90% correct. There is a approx. 2' X 1' depression which gathers water right off my garage. The main problem I have with them is they parked the Roller in my garage overnight and cracked the concrete floor right at the junction of the blacktop. They also ran out of tar to finish some of the areas. They also told me they would be back to make all repairs and would do whatever it took to make us happy. My wife has called and left many messages. We finally get them to answer the phone around 7 am Mrs Molinaro promises to come out but only one time two of her workers came out and made a bigger mess trying to patch damaged area.

They completed paving (blacktop) my driveway last year. I was not totally satisfied with the job as the paving was very uneven and they left a huge hump in one area where he stopped- due to running out of material and completed the next day. This also created an unsightly seam. They also were supposed to cut away a piece of concrete in front of my garage where the blacktop was bumped up to. Instead of cutting away the concrete he pulled it out with his excavator which resulted in the rebar in the concrete being pulled out with it creating several areas where chunks of the concrete was pulled out with it. They also broke off a significant piece of Dryvit that was near the paving and also left much of it discolored (black) as they did not cover or try to protect the finish (Dryvit) on the house near the work being done. The pavement has also become more uneven with large areas sinking and cracking. I believe this is due to the fact that he do not properly excavate and install 4" of gravel for drainage under the pavement. When they completed the job they assured me they would 'do whatever to make me happy'. I believe I will need to hire someone to have the damage repaired professionally and possibly remove the paving and start over. I have tried to contact them for a few weeks now. Either no one answers or when I talk to them they set up appointments and never show, this has happened three times.
