I went in today to drop my cleaning and someone was called over to say my items may be damaged in the process which I appreciate. When I realized it was the owner I let him know that an item I had cleaned and repaired wasn't ready or couldn't be found on a prior visit. I realize it was a while back but there never was a manager present the past few times I was in. He became very rude -telling me I should never have said anything. He rambled on about ordering a sub sandwich and complaining a year later. I tried again to explain that I just wanted to bring an issue to his attention. He started screaming at me about hateful people. When I left and took a picture of the sign he ran out to my car and started taking pictures if my car. Obviously I will never be returning to that crazy man's place.
