Seamless Industries LLC are nothing short of great! My wife and I were looking to buy a home that needed a bunch of work. Finding the right contractor to put numbers on cost wasn't as easy to find as you would think. I couldn't believe how hard it was just to get someone to show up to do an estimate. From the moment I spoke to Jeff Manske (the owner) I felt his company was different. First off I was speaking directly with the owner and he was very professional. Secondly he showed up when he said he would and he was instrumental helping us come to an agreement with the seller that work well for both of parties. Not only did he help us but he help the homeowner realize that getting everything out in the open was in the best interest of both parties. We knew the place needed work and so did the seller but Jeff and his proposal helped us both realize it was a whole lot more than we both thought. We were really impressed with his references and the range of different types of jobs that he showed his company did for past customers. We saved $50,000 off the purchase price because of Jeff and his company!
