HORRIBLE!!!



He lost SEVERAL photos at my wedding. Most importantly he lost VERY important photos and moments including photos our guests, us at our table, my dance with my Dad, all speeches, and other moments that we asked him to capture. I had to track him down continuously as he was not responsive. My husband eventually got involved because every time I spoke with him I would end up in tears.



He seemed put out and uninterested in my concerns. He apologized and said he would get us a photo album he said is worth $3,000 (which is just insane). I asked him for some sort of refund to make it right. Last we heard he was going to speak to his lawyer and of course we never heard back. Fact of the matter is he should have done the right thing and refunded our money. Nothing makes it "right" - I will never get the missing photos back.



I STRONGLY suggest not using Mike Cody Photography. Save yourself the heartache we have gone through.
