Awful! Nice people that work there but seriously they need to understand health codes. I can't understand how they are in business! After my pedicure, they used the same clippers on the lady next to me. They were not washed or sterilized. The floors were dirty. It really is a shame. They need to clean it up. It's disgusting how they don't sanitize anything. The chairs were old and the sad thing is how they get away with unsanitary conditions. Be aware.

The woman performing my services was sick. Blew her nose in front of me, wiped the rest on her pants. She cut my toe while trimming my cuticles and didn't even bother to say sorry. She acted like I was an inconvenience for her to give a mani pedi to a paying customer. You would think they appreciated the business. Afterwards, The man who appeared to be the owner rolled his eyes when I asked if I could sit at the drying booth rather than hold my hands up next to a hole in the table that blew air. The lights didn't even come on at the table. I feel it was a huge rip off and this place should be shut down. There needs to be a higher-class place for such an expensive lake... I do NOT recommend this place at all.

This business deserves a star rating of ZERO! They applied eyelash extensions for me. They said they would last 3 WEEKS-THEY FELL OFF IN THE SHOWER THAT NIGHT! I asked if it was ok to shower that night and they said, " Yes, they will last 3 weeks." When I called to tell them what happened, they were rude and would not give me a credit!! This was $30.00 literally down the drain! Plus, some of my own eyelashes came out and it has been very painful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!
