I had service with Rayle EMC for 10 years when John ran the Greensboro Ga. Office he would work with people who got paid every two weeks, for 10 years I always paid my bill between the 15th and the 20th of every month, sense John has retired things have not been good, now they have a very rude woman that works the desk and phone calls. DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO WORK WITH YOU!! There all about the money. If u can avoid getting power with them please do. Go with Ga. Power

Customer of over 15 years and one of your technicians just showed up at my house unannounced and pepper sprayed my harmless dogs on my property. My dogs are no longer safe on in my own yard?? How was I supposed to know who he was when his appearance was far from professional (his truck is out of sight from my windows) - he didn't even have his shirt buttoned correctly or say who he was. You all were nothing but argumentative and defensive when I called to discuss this alarming issue. Taking advantage of being the only electricity provider in the county by treating customers like dirt. Shameful. I am sorely disappointed in the professionalism of this company - from the manager to the technician. Thanks to Rayle EMC my eyes, mouth and fingernails have been covered in pepper spray for hours from cleaning off my beloved house dogs.
