Joe is the best mechanic in the triad, with very professional service and reasonable prices. One time I locked my keys in my Range Rover with the engine still running and he came within 15 minutes to fix the issue. Would give him 10 stars if I could.

I have bought 2 pre-owned vehicles from this dealer, both in excellent condition. But what makes AC Motors stand out even more is the service excellence, their very reasonable prices and (for someone like me with limited car knowledge) their honesty and transparency. If you want a dealership and service shop with very reasonable pricing and without hustle, you cannot do better than AC Motors.

I purchased a Used vehicle that had seemingly no issues other than a squeaking belt. Not even a full 24 hours after purchase, the vehicle throws a CEL. Take it to a mechanic only to find out that it has a leaking head gasket, a bad water pump, and a bad thermostat. The Manager, claimed he had changed Spark-plugs and serviced the vehicle, however it is obvious that this was a false statement. I have tried to contact the dealer repeatedly only to get no answer. I have no title, no tag, and currently no car. The cost to repair the vehicle is more than what I paid for it. If this dealer's word were a mule, it would not carry his weight in salt. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND AGGRAVATION AND GO ELSEWHERE!
