I bought a freeze proof faucet from Lowe's about 2 years ago and this year it developed a leak from a cracked stem. Since Lowe's doesn't carry parts for this, I looked up the manufacturer on the net and emailed them so I could order the part I needed. They asked what valve I had and then immediately shipped me a whole new valve free of charge. Now that is great warranty and customer service, I will always buy "American" from now on.
