you have to give at least one star to post a comment ,however, it should be zero, my driver belt keeps falling off lol, and the owners keep telling it is because i keep running water puddles lol, the owners do not want to be accountable,
updated, won award and judgment, not what I anticipated, only accountable for the warranty of the part and the hour labor and court fees. the owner hired an appellate lawyer

This place is the worst, most unprofessional shop I've ever felt with. The old guy with the earrings trying to feel 20 again is a complete D***. He doesn't give a crap about his job and he treats you like S***. They "looked" at my car and told me that I needed a wheel bearing. After going back and forth on the phone with them for a week, I just got frustrated got my car back. The next day I took the hubcaps off the car to clean them and I drove to the store with them off and the noise I took the car up there for was gone. Come to find out at the automotive school I now attend, hubcap noise is a very common problem. I think the mechanics care, they just try to charge you a wheel bearing when all you had was a squeaky wheel cover. When I went to pick up the car I waited at the counter for like ten minutes and no one came out, all of a sudden five of the workers walked through the door stoned out of their minds. I don't care if you smoke, but don't do it when you work on my vehicle, especially since you have to test drive some of the cars that come in. If anyone is gonna drive my car stoned, it's going to be me! My friend went up there one time to get his alternator changed. He drives the car 10 miles up the street and it breaks down. The problem ends up being the alternator belt is incredibly loose. You can fit your finger between the pulley and the belt. So if your looking for half a** work for the vehicle you depend on everyday by all means, get these stoners to do it.
