Best Chinese food in Greensboro. Friendly staff and prompt service. Been coming for years and have never had a single bad experience

This is the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. On 8/1/14, I called in my order at 11:00 and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I work 5 minutes from the restaurant, I waited 5 minutes add left. I get there and have to wait another 40 minutes. The cook handed me my food and I told him I had an hour for lunch and was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes and he just said, "Ok". I then said, "We'll don't you think I shouldn't have to pay for it." He actually took the bag of food from my hands and said, "I'm just the cook." I told him he would loose my business forever and all he could say was, "I don't care." The owner was not there. Later I called and was told there was no manager, only an owner and he still wasn't there.

I called my order in on May 5th and 45 mins later I call and just now cooking the food. I canceled my order. Poor customer service
