This is a crooked business that takes advantage of its customers. I am a young woman that doesn't know a ton about cars and the business owner exploited that and tried to screw me out of some money. I took my car yesterday to get inspected but I knew my breaklight was out so I went and bought a new bulb and brought it to them and asked them to simply change the bulb for me and them complete the inspection. TWO HOURS LATER they tell me that it wasn't the bulb that was out but it was an electrical issue in the car and that I needed to take it to their other shop down the road where I would probably have to drop it off for a couple days for them to fix it. The owner gave me directions to the shop and was very adamant about me taking it to them. After he told me they couldn't fix the light he inspected my car anyway and charged me for it. I fortunately am dating an extremely intelligent man who is not only a mechanic but also an electrician. Later that day my boyfriend changes the bulb in two seconds and tells me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car and it just needed a new bulb. I went back to the shop the next day and was not given an apology nor a refund. Thank God that I didn't take my car to their shop where they probably would have broken my car and made me pay for it. Those men are the most untrustworthy scum of the earth so save yourself some time and money and just drive out to Webster's instead.

I was bullied, insulted and cussed at for questioning excessive wait time for an inspection. Was told I would be out in 15 minutes and 45 minutes later my registration was crumpled and dropped at my feet. I will never return.

Went for an oil change. Worker did not put parts back on correctly and the oil pan broke off while driving. When I took it back they said they would take care of it. Its now 2 months later and now they are saying it was broken when I brought it in originally. Person said he would talk to the owner and get back to me within the hour. Now 12 hours later and still waiting for that phone call...
