I've been with Carolina for 5 years and I've always experienced great customer service! Always polite and helpful! High point branch the same way. Only down fall is high point location has short hours and only open 3 days a week.

Please dont go to this bank,I have been in there a total of four times,each time feeling worse than the other.The customer service stinks,and Im always feeling like I could be robbed at any point.once while I was standing there getting very very poor customer service,obviously a member who comes often walked in and was treated like royalty while I stood in awe.Im going to find another share branch in this area.
