Terrible customer service! They will come over and treat you like a king but the moment they get your money you no longer exist to them. They care more about the big businesses cause that's where the money is and basically make the small people who have there systems suffer. I tried getting them to service my unit and called for six months and got the run around. Joe the owner would just keep feeding me excuses and then eventually stopped returning calls. My two year old son has eczema and begged him to come over for my sons sake and he kept telling me they would be there the next day and never show up. Full warning to anyone try and find another company to deal with
