I ordered online the general tso chicken combo & placed it for delivery (because I had just had a baby and was unable to leave home). I specifically put on my order that i did NOT want my chicken fried hard and thats exactky what i got. I order chinese food almost every week but this was my 1st time ordering from here. The chicken was dry, crispy and really hard. I called to make a complaint and the girl who answered, who also claimed she was the manager, Jenny, was very rude and had no remorse. She said for me to come to the store and i repeatedly told her that i was unable to due to me having a 1 week old baby and that was the whole reason i orderd delivery. I will NEVER eat from here again. The food was unsatisfactory, disgusting & the customer service was too. A total waste of my $13. I will never eat there again or recommend to ANYONE!

Ordered a delivery today and I am close but unable to go out and pick up. That being said I'm about 5 minutes away and it's been over an hour already and still no show. Not a good first impression hopefully the food is decent or good.

I went in to get lunch, was running late. I noticed someone sitting and then came around to fix my order. I can't recall if he washed his hands so I didn't want to say anything. I was hesitant but runnign late and not time to address. He wasn't wearing gloves so I assumed the heat would get rid of any germs. I got work, rushing, prepared my food to eat I took two bites, my food was good. Then I saw something in my food.



HAIR!!!!!!!! Was in my food.
