I agree with the lousy customer service. We have used them only because of location. While their food is good (especially their boneless BBQ RIBS). I have had many an argument with both the wife & husband (delivery guy). Either because they screwed up my order (I had placed a fairly large order one night (about $50.00) it took them almost an hour to deliver it. When I called to see what the hell was taking so long the wife tried to tell me that we already received our order! Needless to say I blew my top. Then she said she put me on hold, came back on the line and said delivery guy lost he will be there in a few minutes. Well he got there delivered the food and left with hefty tip of course (NOT). After he left we opened the bags and containers and low and behold 95% of the order was wrong! I called up and started screaming at her, then she told me ir was the correct order! The only thing that was right was the rice & the egg rolls. I told her I wanted a completely new order. She refused to replace the rice or egg rolls, even though that would be cold by the time the new order arrived. The best place for Chinese food is GOLDEN WOK in the Target shopping center off Wendover. I used to use this place when we lived in NY, they are fantastic & their prices are fair plus they give you a lot of food.
