I went to that side of town to get the pooch groomed the other day and stopped at CiCi's on the way home with the kids. First off the floor was nasty. The people weren't very friendly IMHO. It was a little hot in there. They were really busy so I think they could afford air conditioning. The kids were cranky because of the heat in there. I stuck with the salad bar, not a big selection though, too hot to eat pizza. Anyway the kids liked the food just fine but they could have improved the comfort level and been a little nicer.
