I'd give zero stars if possible. Everyone one there I talked to-all the way up to the manager-was completely incompetent and unhelpful. There was an issue I had after moving into, and then out of a rental property (yes, both times) that was completely their fault (which they admitted to) and they did nothing to rectify the situation. It ended up costing me money, and even thought they knew they screwed up, they didn't do anything to fix it. Maybe the worst part is, there is no other option so it doesn't really matter if they screw up. You have to do what they say. This is probably the biggest reason they do not care how well they perform their jobs. If there were ever another option for water service in the city, I would immediately take advantage of it.
