Staples send an order to me via Courier Express and the truck was the size of a furniture truck. The driver pulled into our driveway and ran off the concrete and left a huge rut. He then pulled into our turnaround and ran approximately 5-6 ft into the yard and proceeded to tear ruts all over the area of the yard around the turnaround. Several of the 7 to 8 ruts are 12" deep. I have done everything they have asked for beginning with pictures of all damage , then a verbal landscape cost from the pictures and lastly the landscaper came to the house. They are still not satisfied . Our yard has been in this total mess since December 22, 2017. Staples lost a business customer and I will have to follow this through legally. I would leave a photo but there were so many areas torn up there are 6 or 7 to cover the whole area. We had a nice yard before Courier Express. Thanks!
