I am a former prom customer from several years back. I bought all four of my prom dresses there so it was a no brainer for me to go there for my wedding dress! As soon as I walked in for my appointment I was recognized (where else can you say that after years?!). I explained to my bridal consultant one specific gown and I didn't know the designer. She immediately went to the dress I was talking about! She didn't leave it at that though. She insisted I still try on other styles of dresses so I would KNOW I had found the right dress! I left without purchasing that day because I wanted to be sure. You know what she did? Met my family and me on Sunday (her day OFF) to allow me to retry my gown! That is customer service! Of course I purchased that day! My gown is the most special I have ever seen. I's not like any one else's that I know or have seen in magazines. My wedding is going to be my best memory until I have a child and it is due to a large degree to my wonderful consultant Crystal and the other gracious and FUN staff! I highly recommend Divas to any new bride to be! Thanks Divas! :)
