BUYER BEWARE - SCAM ARTIST AT WORK -- My mother-in-law had to have bottom teeth extracted in June 2014 because her partial kept breaking off her teeth. It is now September 2014 and she still does not have her false teeth. Almost every week, Dr. Scott finds a small piece of bone to remove, charges $100 for each visit and asks her to return in a week. Her $1,200 bottom plate has already cost over double his quote because he does not stand behind his work....and charges additional visit fees. Since she has already paid for the plate she hasn't received, she can't just up and go somewhere else.

Had the pleasure of meeting Doctor Erin Scott today. I broke my back tooth over the weekend and tried to call around ten different offices with no help. Finally I found a listing that had an emergency line to dr Edward and dr Erin Scott. Dr Scott immediately called me back and offered to come into the office on a Sunday night to see me. I declined but the office was able to work me in first thing this morning. For most of my life I have been going to an older dentist in Greensboro. Today our entire family are changing. I didn't realize how painless dentistry could be. The prices were reasonable and my root canal and crown were painless. I could go on forever but let me just say these doctors are the best.

Recently I had a lower bridge placed in Liberty, NC. The bridge started to hurt from day one. Finally the pain became unbearable. My doctor wouldn't return my call so my neighbor recommended contacting Dr. Edward Scott who would come in after hours. Dr Scott came in on his day off and showed me what was wrong. My existing bridge did not fit, was not cemented correctly, and the shade was too dark. He took pictures and xrays then recommended I return to my old dentist to discuss since it was so new and done incorrectly. I told him I had found my new dentist to just fix it. Dr Scott removed the crowns and placed a temporary bridge, which I will add looked nicer than my permanent one by the Liberty doctor. Later that week Dr Scott had a new one made and it was placed permanently within a week. The color now matches and my bite is back to normal. I recommend Dr Scott strongly as he has newer technology and is very personable.

We have been coming to Dr. Gary Brown for years and enjoy the new doctor just as much.
