This company needs a major overhaul in staffing and management. They have rediagnosed my Lennox heater at least 3 times: first-it's your circuit board and that cost over 300.00 on top of an 88.00 diagnostic fee. Then the day the part came, they attempted to install it and said now it's a relay that is causing the problem and they would have it fixed by 9:00am the next day. Now they're saying that it wasn't the relay and that it could be the circuit board again!!!?????! It sounds like these guys are tinker bell handymen who have no idea about what the heck they're facing. I'm a non confrontational person but when I have 2 little girls and a wife and my home is at less then 50 degrees for over 4 days and even colder at nite? I draw the line and fine a professional. Plus it's not good service to leave your cigarette butts all over my yard when you work.
