Shipping costs are astronomical!! The company refuses to let the customer know the cost of shipping upfront. An invoice arrived by mail. (Still no products as of yet) The Shipping on lightweight office supplies costing $15.00 doubled my bill to $31.34. In my opinion, the company has comparable products to other companies at a comparable price then doubles the profit by charging huge shipping rates. Stay clear of Robert H Ham!

I found he shipping very reasonable and lightning fast. You can email for a estimate, very nice people to buy from!

I ordered $54 worth of merchandise from this company online. The say that "shipping rates will be determined after the sale". Red Flag -- and one that I unfortunately did not heed. I got my merchandise withing a couple days.....quality is fine and fair for price. I got my credit card and Robert Ham charged me $42 to ship this $54 order. They did not include anything in the box of what I ordered that explained this. My guess is that they increase their profit margins by charging astronomical shipping rates, not disclosing them, and then betting that people won't check their credit card statements carefully enough to realize that they're being ripped off. Called company and was basically told "too bad". Beware.

I love your company. I wrap a lot of gifts not only for my business but also for personal holidays. Everyone always talks about what a great job I do wrapping and how they hate to open their gifts because they are so pretty and I just thank them and smile. Your company has great quality and I have always gotten great service. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!Cyndi Burchfield
