If you are a diy'er...Warning! These people act like they are knowledgeable and professional. Far from it!

My son in law's retired parents trusted them and got deceived. They purchased engineered wood and adhesive. All was fine until they ran out of adhesive. When they returned for more they were told that glue was discontinued and were given a replacement which was totally the opposite! It's impossible to clean up! The product's chemistry is completely different!

Now they have a serious mess on their hands! It's bad. Floor&Decor says it's the customer's fault!!! They refuse to help! F&D still has the glue they say was discontinued on their web site for sale. This couple trusted F&D and they were deceived and now they're being thrown to the curb. Not even an apology! Stay Clear!!

I have two interactions with this location; first was in regards to flooring. When asked about the pricing of their mate they stated to go else where if we can get it cheaper - even though there was a banner at the front door that states we will match the price.



The second issue is we had discussions about the counter tops. They referred me to call their installers pamphlet to obtain a contractor - but there is no contractor in this area to do the work.



And, finding help is worse then finding help at Lowes or Home Depot - they see you wondering and they turn their head and run.
