Exceptional service and staff. Always kind from the minute we step in the door. Fun waiting room for kids. Rarely ever behind unless there is an emergency, which I totally understand and would want to take precedence over me. Large selection of doctors to see. Always open except for major holidays. Nurse line that I can always use to ask questions. And I am loving their patient portal to access all my kids records.

this place should be ashamed to even be a pediatrics office. I wanted to file a complaint because the receptionist was rude violated the hippa policy and treated my son as though he didn't matter to the practice and the office kicked my 4 month old son out of the practice instead of doing anything about the rude office staff.

Outstanding group of physicians and nurses. Kid friendly atmosphere, tv in waiting room with toys for kids. Gentle nurses who understand parents concerns and kids too. Located centrally in Greensboro, a fantastic choice for Pediatric care.

The woman who handles the finances in the office of Greensboro Pediatricians is the most rude, cold

Hearted woman you'll ever meet. Every single time my husband and I call to make a payment she treats us like dirt. She is a miserable

Woman who enjoys making others feel bad for having to make payments. She is a Mean, nasty woman inside and out!!!

Dr Cummings sees my son and he's wonderful!! The only problem I have with the practice is that you can't always get the doctor you want whenever theres a problem. I guess that's normal for big practices. The other 2 doctors we have seen were definitely not a Dr. Cummings. 1 of them made me feel we were an inconvienance for being there after 5:0 when I called that AM for an appt & still had to pay an after hour charge!

I have taken my children to Greensboro Pediatricians for many years and have always been treated courteously and professionally by everyone there, from the people who answer the phone to the medical care received. When I had twins, and could only come by myself, their staff helped me carry them to the car. If I have what I consider an urgent question on the phone, someone gets a nurse to talk to me right away...their phone nurses during the day are reassuring and knowledgable. When I did have a problem with one employee (who is no longer there), I was transferred to a manger who handled the situation to my satisfaction. If their phone happened to be off at 4:55 instead of 5:00, you would be able to get in touch with a their after hours nurses who are always helpful also. They have been there to see my children on the weekends as well as regularly scheduled weekday hours.

I have been taking my kids here for over 16 years, since our oldest was 2. This is a wonderful office. The office staff has never been anything less than friendly and efficient, and THEN, there's the MD's. They are attentive, genuinely concerned and thorough. Dr. Twiselton is the "tops". It' s easy to tell she has children of her own by the compassion she shows.

All of my children have come to this practice. We have seen every doctor there. I trust each and every physician with all of my kids. So nice to be greeted with a smile every time we come in. Never a long wait time. Super clean waiting room and exam rooms. Nurses are gentle and treat the kids like they are their own. Convenient location. Can't say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for the best pediatricians in town, look no further!

Moved to Greensboro 2 yrs ago and have been impressed w/ care my children have received at Greensboro Peds. We have seen Dr. Burbridge, Dr. O'Kelley and Dr. Twiselton and have gotten personal care and attention. I really felt like the Drs listened to what I had to say, and took my concerns seriously. The staff was responsive in my request to schedule an appt and we love the office greeters (Mr. Seth and Ms. Anum). Our nurse was cheerful and made us feel welcomed at the practice. Some of the reviews below detail some negative encounters w/ some of the phone people- we have not experienced this. I would recommend this practice to others.

From the time I called the office to the time I left I couldn't be more pleased. I got an appointment right away. The front office knows my child by name. Always friendly and pleasant. My child likes going to the doctor. I would recommend to all my friends.

I have had children in Greensboro Pediatrician's care for over 17 yrs. I have never had any problems with the Dr's. They are wonderful and care about my children. Recently, our primarily retired and our new physician, Dr. Cummings is absolutely the best! My 17 yr old Dr wasn't sure she wanted a male Dr. After seeing him, SHE said "I feel like he actually cares about me". Coming from a teenager, that speaks wonders!



My problem is with the office staff - not just one occasion with someone having a bad day. I can excuse that. The past several times having to call I have gotten very rude and inconsiderate people on the phone. Today FIRST it was the appointment scheduler. She was extremely rude, and had a major attitude when all I wanted was a appointment. I wasn't being picky about my appointment times or even which Dr. I just needed a appointment, and she was rude. I wanted to say "excuse me for calling you on your job, but my child is sick and I thought that is your job". Second, my prescription didn't make it to the pharmacy (emailed or faxed). I called back to the office and another lady was rude, put me on hold (which I expected). Then came back to see why I was holding - I repeated myself and her attitude started.



Totally not called for recent attitudes from the office staff. I hope the Dr's see what is happening. The office staff will ruin the Dr's great service and expertice.

The staff here are rude. The nurse is not friendly and will not talk to you when you ask them something. I would not recommend this place to anybody else.

I called the office to ask if I could meet with a doctor and discuss my son. The woman who answered the phone did not speak very good english and I could hardly understand her. She told me that doctors did not do consultations with new parents. How am I to decide if I want them to see my son if they won't meet with me??? Sorry, but they lost my business.

We love every doctor we have seen there. Friendly doctors and staff. Waiting rooms are clean and enjoyful for the children. A great place to take your child!

Dr. Mary is a wonderful doctor. My kids love her. She is patient and understanding and has great bedside manner. The office staff is always helpful. The waiting room is kid friendly. We couldnt have picked a better practice.
