I've been patronizing the Guilford Medical Supply for years for wound care supplies. The women have always been pleasant and helpful. If they don't carry a supply you might need and can't order, they will promptly let you know. They have always been a sweet breeze of welcoming fresh air, regardless of who you are and what you need!

Drove an hour to get something. While i was being helped another customer came in acting impatient and the person helping me decided the other lady was more important, so asked me to "wait while i finish her off" even though i was there first and had children to pick up. I left and went to greensboro medical where i got prompt polite service.

very rude staff. I was being waited on and because someone came in asking impatient the salesperson decided to make me wait while she "finished her off". I drove an hour to pick up the item, and had places to go as well as the other lady who came in after me, but i guess the salesgirl felt the other lady was more important, so decidd i should wait. Very embarassing and rude, and i got much better service at greensboro discount medical.
