03/10/16 ***WARNING-WARNING-WARNING*** Manager, Sarah, is rude and unprofessional. She was asked to do an ‘iron-on’ decal for me-custom concert shirt. Advised her time is of the essence. That did not stop her from taking an extra week-just for the quote (she had a variety of excuses). She applied the numbers (baseball jersey) about 8” apart-mortified, I told her this was certainly not correct. She blamed me for leaving masking tape ‘guidelines’ on the item. She removed the numbers-but of course the glue residue remains. The shirt is ruined. I gave her an invoice of the shirt and the iron ons (less than $100). She adamantly refused to reimburse me. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE *NOT* DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM (they have multiple locations). I plan on beginning the paperwork to take her to small claims court tomorrow-on principle. Finally, just ask yourself is this a company you want to do business with?

Samething deceptive pricing, BIG SIGN out front clearly states mens dress shirts $0.99 for 5 or more pieces. I took 5 shirts in and they said that is ONLY if you pay FULL price for a dry cleaning item. NO where do you see that until you go into the store drop your items and get a reciept for $12+. I told them to give me back my shirts and I would find a HONEST dry cleaners that doesn't use the bait and switch on their customers

I WILL NOT be going back. The company actively engages in very deceptive pricing scam. The big sign in the window says $2.75 per piece… When you carry your armload of suits inside you are told “sorry, that’s only for a scarf or other small items, the cost of a suit is $7.50” BUT…when you I went back the next time, I was told the price was $11.71 for the suit…



I pointed out that it was $7.50 two days ago…and I was told “that’s because you had more than 5 pieces last time.“ It would have been nice if I was told that when I dropped off the once suit and now have me feeling like I was ‘just taken to the cleaners…”



I paid the money, what else could I do… I stated that for this very reason, I would not be back to their business, and then employee actually stated that she could recommend another cleaner for me… No shame in their game, it was like they have heard it before.

Update from previous review ~ I filed a complaint with the BBB and they already have a F- rating and wouldn't respond back to the BBB!!

This place has one of the worst business practices I have ever come across! No prices WARNING DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! No prices are posted so I asked for an estimate to dryclean a toddler's dress coat. I was given a price of $9. When I returned to pick the coat up I was told I owed $26.46. I asked the girl to call the owner since she changed the price and to tell her I wasn't paying triple the amount I was told. The owner told her I either pay it or she would keep the coat!!! I will NEVER use ANY Hangers Cleaners again because of this experience!!!
