Provided by YP.comThis place has more turn-over than a fast food restaurant. Staff is rude and targets individuals instead of applying the same rules to everyone. Pool is occupied by people who don't live there, yet the staff feels as though they need to harass the people who legitimately bring in guests. If they know who you are by name, you will be targeted constantly, but the same rules don't apply to others (specifically within the Immigrant Community) Trash is only picked up once a week, and is ALWAYS overflowing and not just on holidays. Holidays are horribly unsanitary and disgusting, I've taken multiple pictures throughout the years. The Entrance Gate is always broken, they'll fix it and it breaks two weeks later. The BBQ grill made available at the pool never works, yet you can't have your own. They constantly change how they enforce the rules and are very inconsistent. Laundry facilities were removed not long after we moved in and have never been replaced. When a rule does change, they'll only send out notifications via email, so the majority of immigrants that live there never follow the rules because most of them don't speak English or check their email for that matter. After the first lease is up, they will raise your rent and consistently do it every year. They know they can get it because of the school district. I've gone to the pool and found people who don't live there smoking weed at the pool bathroom and people getting so trashed that fights break out in the pool area, while kids are present. People constantly have unscheduled parties and invite unlimited friends to drink at the pool. Many times there is open racism from people who do not even live there, yelling racial slurs at people who are just trying to enjoy themselves. Staff is never present on Sunday, so no rules at the pool are enforced causing the residents that live there to no longer feel safe using the pool. Don't waste your time or money on this place.
