I travel a great deal in my job. I rented a car at the Greensboro NC airport recently while traveling to Laurinburg NC. Upon returning to Greensboro, I was having some difficulty finding a gas station to "gas up" my rental prior to dropping it off. I used my voice request on YP.com to get the Hertz telephone number at the airport. I connected to a wonderful young man named Brian who very patiently talked to me via speakerphone while I navigated unfamiliar roads to reach a nearby gas station. He was so patient and calm and made what could have been a nerve-wrecking situation EASY!! Thank you Brian! Thank you Hertz for having the great fortune of having such an excellent employee. Thank You YP.com for making it easy to find a number in these stressful conditions!!!
