As the other patrons have mention, I to have been badly treated by Pinnacle Corp. Is is the worst display of customer service that I've ever encountered from any establishment. I will try to refrain from name calling, but I believe that the manager/employee Ms. Martin needs to take a course in customer service,and then another course in collections. This company services as a collection agency for businesses, At the time, I had just had my baby,so I was on leave from my employeer and my husband had just gotten laid off from his job. Ms. Martin was very rude, insenistive, and she acted as if the money she was collecting was due to her. I am thankful that Ive finally gotten these people of my credit report and pray that I will never have to deal with Ms.Martin ever again.

This business should be shut down! Mrs. Martin hung up on me several times as well and refused to help me with my issues.

I have been trying to work on an issue with this company and they do not return phone calls. Very rude and not willng to help at all.

This business is the worst business I can think of. I called to this office 15 times to discuss why they gave out my social security number and account information to someone that was not me and the lady named Debbie Martin the manager hung up the on me 15 times. I am going to file a lawsuit against these people for giving out my personal information.
