The prices are okay for a store, not much more than online. The staff is better than they were, but I called to get a card for Vista and they said they had it and it would work and then I had to return it because the guy did not really check to see if the card had a Vista driver. Wasted my time.

Worst customer service! Didn't even bother to look at my computer which is four years old. Just recommended buying a new one. Advice sent from an unknown person in the back of store???? I will never go there again.

Took my daughters laptop in for a virus to be removed and they charged my $140.00. She was studying abroad and used the computer about 3 weeks ago. Thinking that they would stand by their service.... took the computer in. The service guy told me for another $50.00 they would look at it..... WRONG, that was so WRONG!!! The Asst. Manager, Manager (who would not look at me, just kept looking at his computer) would not even talk to me about how to resolve the problem. I took the computer to BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD, the tested it, turned on the wireless, and did not charge me a dime. I will NEVER take any computer to INTREX ever!!!!!
