We were satisfied with the business sign until he did the business cards. He refused to send me a confirmation for the design because they were "free", and also refused my offer to email him my design so that he wouldn't get the wordings wrong. Guess what? He messed it up and then tried to talked me out of fixing it rather than fixing it. My cards weren't even free to begin with. The sizing of the words for the sign, which I paid $3000 for, got reduced down by the town manager so his material cost got reduced that's why he offered to do the cards for "free". Even if they were free, why offer to do it and do a bad job? This guy is too stubborn. I chose Vista Print instead. Much cheaper than his price and MUCH better customer service. Oh, he told someone else I called him unprofessional. I didn't. I said his cards made MY business look unprofessional and careless. But I will not let my dissatisfaction deny the fact that the print were in an attractive ink. Would've asked him to do more cards had he not done what he did. Oh well.
