The majority of these holdings were built by the company's construction division. Koury Corporation and its affiliated entities own and manage more than 1.3 million square feet of office and industrial properties in the Greensboro area. Other properties total nearly 1 million square feet. Joseph S. Koury founded Koury Corporation in 1952.
