I have been using Marathon Property Solutions for the past several months managing my properties. They have a done a great job cleaning up the mess left behind by my other management company. I only wish I had switched sooner. I cannot recommend enough.

I had a condo rented out through Marathon. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. They visited the property quarterly to make sure everything was fine. This was a great bonus because as a landlord it is important to know the property is being well kept. Disbursements were always on time. The response via email from the staff was also always on time. After renting for a while, I decided to put the condo up for sale. Marathon represented me as a seller. I was very pleased with this aspect of their business as well. Incredible management company. Marathon took over my property after a horrific experience with another property management company. They were friendly and always available to answer my questions. Whenever we had maintenance related issues we would fill out a request online and it would be addressed quickly, usually 24 hours, which I was impressed with. On top of that the vendors who they had come into the home were always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend renting through Marathon!!
