Provided by YP.comThere is a manager by the name of Kalitha who is the worst person to be in customer service. To my knowledge she has had a lot of complaints and still works there. She has a rude attitude mouth and the General manager was there and did not stop her from running her mouth. My daughter was just hired and was told to come and get the orientation paperwork and that lady went off, not to us but to the GM about how it wasn't done that way. There was another customer who was there and was pissed on our behalf. Needless to say the manager who hired my daughter knows that she will not be able to work there and we will never go back unless Kalitha is fired.
